T & B Development Group Ltd is a newly formed residential development company. Its two main directors, Tom Grace of Emerald Build Ltd and Brendan Towey of Bellaghy Developments Ltd joined forced to bring together over 40 years of combined construction experience. With Brendan’s hands on construction experience and Tom’s quantity surveying experience, they bring to the market a very experienced and valued approach to residential development.
An eye for detail and our aim to deliver quality residential developments is the key to T & B Development Group’s success. We only use contractors that have a proven track record at delivering high end quality products.
All of our residential units come with a 10 year build warranty and are traditionally built to give a structurally sound quality unit, that will no doubt stand the test of time.
